Dr. Steele's career encompasses nearly 47 years in water-quality hydrology and regional assessments of water resources. During over 32 years as a consultant, he has managed many multidisciplinary projects and has directed hydrologic baseline and modeling studies for water-resources planning and management.
Dr. Kunkel has 45 years of experience in hydrologic engineering and design; hydraulic engineering and design; NPDES permits; environmental permits; mining permits; environmental assessments and impact statements.
Mr. Montoya is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Catholic University in Lima with postgraduate studies in Management and Engineering of Water Resources (WAREM Program) from Stuttgart University – Germany with mention in Groundwater Engineering and Hydroinformatics.
Mr. Montoya has a wide experience on mining hidrogeology. For more than 7 years he has been involved on several projects regarding baseline studies, environmental impact studies, mine closure planing, impact assessment of the mining projects.
